Case Study: Trafford Leisure Trust, West Manchester

Trafford Leisure Trust run their go-karting parties at George H Carnall Leisure Centre in Urmston, Manchester.

After entering into an agreement with us during 2008, Trafford Leisure Trust recruited a number of party hosts, with our support. We then trained the party hosts to run the parties, and trained existing office and reception staff to manage the PartyBook system.

Trafford Leisure Trust are now self-sufficient and train any new staff in-house. We continue to provide support through our ticketing system and maintain close links with the Trust to ensure the continued success of this venture.

In addition to the benefits of introducing a new and exciting activity to the centre, the Trust have created new jobs and added to the range of skills of their existing staff, who in particular have responded very positively to the PartyBook system. The ease of learning and using the software gave them immediate confidence and quickly overcame any technology related reservations.
