Gone are the days where inflatables were just bouncy castles. From bungee runs, endurance courses and multi-activity inflatables, there are many options available to you to run that special birthday party.

A new innovation are the sports inflatables. These are low weight inflatables that can be carried over your shoulder. Once inflated, they offer a large range of sporting games, from football, rugby, basketball, sprints, hoops and tennis.

You can be provided with the certificates, invitations and other promotional designs around the parties. Used in conjunction with the Miamox PartyBook software, the management of the parties is efficient and time saving, freeing up your staff to concentrate on other duties.

The Equipment

There are many different suppliers of inflatables in the UK. There are the traditional inflatable manufactures, such as JumpJump, Air-Inflatables, and bounceabouts, who supply your standard inflatable such as castles, slides and climbing walls. There are also the newer companies, such as Airquee, who supply custom built but more expensive multi-activity inflatables that offer a wide range of children friendly activities.

We do not supply the equipment ourselves and any purchases will be made directly between you and the supplier.

So how does it work?

Set up:

During the implementation period:

  • We set up the software, ensuring that it meets your requirements
  • We train you and any staff how to run the parties
  • We train you and any office staff to use the PartyBook software
  • We provide training materials and operational manuals
  • We give guidance on what peripheral equipment and sundries you'll need
  • We provide designs for certificates and invitations branded to your business
  • You pay a one-off initial fee for set up, training and manuals

Ongoing Costs

For ongoing promotion and use of the software

  • £10 per booking admin fee up to a maximum of 125 bookings a year. So after 125 bookings, you are not paying any additional costs. You should be aiming to do at least 250 parties plus corporate events and public events a year. There are also fixed annual subscription fees available.
  • You only pay out when you are generating income
  • We promote you on our national web site
  • Automated customer enquiries from your web site are inserted directly into your account on PartyBook
  • Full use of all of our software products
  • Technical and customer support
  • Free software patches and on-going development - any new requests for any additional features of the software are always considered
